  • Fragrances

    you will not be allowed to dine with us If you arrive with a strong fragrance,

    cologne, perfume, scented lotions, deodorant, and/or fragrant shampoos and soaps

  • Cancellations

    Due to the cost of ingredients and the time it takes to prepare, all sales are final. we hope you understand.

  • Reservation Transfer

    a reservation transfer is not permissible. transfers are only allowed if accepted by our team. please contact us at hospitality@hayakawaatl.com for inquires.

  • Mobile Devices

    We ask that you refrain from using mobile devices while in the restaurant. We advise that you have your phone set to “do not disturb”. If it is an emergency we ask that you answer the call away from the dining area. for any forms of recording please see our Photography Policies for more information.

  • Photography

    We encourage everyone to enjoy and document their experience with us. to respect our guests’ and staffs’ privacy we ask that you avoid including others’ faces without their prior consent. flash must be disabled on all phones and cameras.

  • Dress Code

    We request a semi-casual dress code. While we want you to feel comfortable, be mindful of the guests’ and restaurant's atmosphere. those who come under-dressed will not be allowed in.

  • Dinner

    We are unable to change our Omakase menu for dietary specifications and/or allergies. If you do have any concerns or questions, please inform us at hospitality@hayakawaatl.com

    Please wait patiently in the lobby. We will open our door promptly at the time of your reservation. If you are running late please see our late arrivals policy.

  • Late Arrivals

    We ask that all guests arrive punctually for their reservation. Diners who arrive late will begin their experience with the current course. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in forfeiture of your reservation.

  • Outside Food & Beverage

    Outside food and beverages are not permissible. If you would like to bring in your own wine, please see our corkage fee section.

  • Corkage fee

    we offer a carefully crafted list of alcoholic beverages: sake, wine, and Japanese hard liquors. If you would like to bring in your own bottle, we will charge a $50/750ml bottle corkage fee per bottle.

  • Full Name

    For clarity, It is our policy to decline guests that do not provide their First and Last name when reserving. your reservation will be voided to prevent any confusion.

  • Large Parties

    For a party larger than eight people or a restaurant buy-out, please email us at hospitality@hayakawaatl.com. Customers booking multiple reservations on the same evening will have both reservations canceled.
